Privacy Policy

Effective May 30, 2026

This policy explains what information AdRevila collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. AdRevila is operated by Neural Labs LLC (Wyoming, USA).

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — your name and email address, provided through your sign-in provider (e.g. Google) when you create an account.
  • Submissions — the public ad-library links you submit, and the reports we generate from them.
  • Payment information — when purchasing credits, your payment is handled by our payment processor; we receive transaction metadata (e.g. amount, status) but do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage & device data — basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and actions taken, used for security and to operate the Service.
  • Cookies — strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and security. See our Cookies Policy.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not run cross-site behavioral analytics.

2. How we use information

  • provide, operate, and secure the Service and your account;
  • retrieve and analyze the ads you submit and deliver your reports;
  • process credit purchases and prevent fraud and abuse;
  • respond to support requests and send essential service emails;
  • maintain, debug, and improve the Service;
  • comply with law and enforce our Terms.

3. How information is processed & shared

To generate a report, we send the ad link and related data to service providers that act as our processors. We share only what is needed for each function, and we do not sell your personal information. Our key subprocessors are:

  • Identity / sign-in — Google (OAuth authentication).
  • Ad retrieval — a hosted web-data provider used to fetch publicly available ad pages.
  • AI analysis — a hosted model provider running Google’s Gemini model, which processes the ad to produce the teardown.
  • Media storage — Cloudflare R2, where we store a single still-frame thumbnail per ad.
  • Email — our transactional email provider, for account and receipt emails.
  • Error monitoring — Sentry, for diagnosing crashes and errors.
  • Payments — our payment processor (e.g. Stripe), when purchases are enabled.
  • Hosting & database — our cloud hosting and database providers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Neural Labs, our users, or the public. If we are involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data retention

We keep account and report data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. You can request deletion as described below.

5. Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing (for example under the GDPR or California’s CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, email privacy@adrevila.com; we will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to, and not intended for, anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. International users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes.
